Warranty Policy

At BEU, we are committed to the quality of our products. All our garments come with a 30-calendar-day legal warranty from the delivery date, in accordance with the provisions of the Superintendency of Industry and Commerce in Colombia.

🧵 What does the warranty cover?

Manufacturing defects (seams, zippers, finishes)

Fabric problems not associated with misuse.

Imperfections in prints or materials.

🚫 What is not covered?

Damage due to misuse, incorrect washing, or natural wear and tear.

Garments altered or modified by the customer.

Damage caused by external agents such as irons, bleach, sharp objects, etc.

📩 How to request a warranty?

Write to [info@beu.com] with your order number, product photos, and a brief description of the problem.

Our team will evaluate the case and provide a response within a maximum of 5 business days.

If applicable, you can choose between an exchange for the same product, a credit note, or repair (depending on the case).

🔁 Important:

The product must be clean and in suitable condition for evaluation.

Shipping costs for warranty claims are covered by BEU, provided the defect is confirmed.
